Product Overview
This automatic powder coating line is designed for electrostatic powder spraying of various steel gas cylinders, with natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) available as heating sources. The complete production system consists of overhead suspension conveying systems, electrostatic powder spraying stations, curing ovens and supporting auxiliary units. Workpieces processed by this line feature coatings with exceptional adhesion, compact structure, excellent anti-corrosion performance and reliable electrical insulation.

We adopt cyclone separators and cartridge filters for powder recovery, achieving a recycling rate above 95%. All overspray powder can be reused, drastically cutting raw material waste and long-term production costs.
Flexible multi-heating curing solutions
The curing oven supports natural gas, LPG, electric power and diesel heating options to match customers’ local energy conditions. Curing temperature (180–240°C) and time (15–25 mins) are fully adjustable to fit different powder formulas and cylinder sizes.
Durable heavy-duty conveying system
The overhead XT-100/XT-250 suspension conveyor chain bears a single-point load up to 250kg, stable and sturdy for long-term uninterrupted operation. Both spray and immersion pre-treatment modes are optional to meet different workpiece cleanliness standards.
Intelligent & user-friendly control
Full PLC + touchscreen centralized control realizes parameter storage, real-time monitoring and full production data traceability. The system works under standard AC 380V/50Hz power supply with stable 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air matching.
