Installation and Operation

Installation Steps:

1. Determine the equipment location based on the factory layout, ensuring proper integration with upstream and downstream production lines (e.g., pre-treatment, curing ovens).

2. Connect the main power supply, compressed air lines, and coating supply piping.

3. Install the associated exhaust ductwork and exhaust gas treatment system (if applicable).

4. Conduct no-load and loaded commissioning to verify spraying parameters, rotation settings, and conveyor cycle times.

Operational Precautions:

• Safety: Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with the location of the spray booth's emergency stop button and the use of fire safety equipment.

• Ventilation Maintenance: Regularly inspect the exhaust system and filter media to ensure ventilation performance consistently meets required standards.

• Routine Maintenance: Periodically clean the spray booth interior walls, water curtains, and paint mist collection units to prevent the accumulation of combustible materials. Dispose of used filter media and paint sludge in accordance with environmental regulations.
