Product Overview

Our tin can production equipment is a dedicated rib expanding and forming machine designed for metal cans, steel drums and tin containers. It is widely applied to process 18L to 250L metal barrels, including oil drums, chemical drums, food tin cans and general storage cans.

Combining hydraulic drive and Siemens PLC intelligent control, this machine realizes automatic forming of reinforcing ribs on can bodies. Working Principle

This tin can production equipment adopts hydraulic + PLC integrated control system, easy to understand and operate:

  1. Place semi-finished metal cans or barrels at the fixed fixture;

  2. Hydraulic system drives expansion blocks to stretch and retract, completing static extrusion for rib forming;

  3. Operators set rib position, quantity and depth via Siemens PLC touch screen;

  4. One-key start for automatic circulation. The machine clamps, forms and resets automatically.

The rigid segmented punch structure ensures even force during extrusion, so the can body will not deform. The whole process requires no repeated manual adjustment, supporting continuous batch production.
