Drying ovens or curing systems are used to harden the coating and ensure long-lasting protection.After coating, the barrels move to the assembly section. At this point, additional components such as handles, rings, lids, closures, and locking devices are installed. These parts make the barrel more functional and easier to handle during filling, storage, and transportation. The assembled barrels then undergo final inspection. Quality control personnel or automated systems check dimensions, weld quality, coating thickness, sealing performance, and overall appearance. Any barrel that does not meet the required standards is removed for rework or rejection.Packaging is the final stage of the line. Finished barrels are stacked, wrapped, or palletized for shipment to customers. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, oils, food processing, and logistics.
